We have proven experience in HDI boards, RF Boards, customized designs/stackup, controlled impedance, rigid-flexible board, we have been able to achieve 2mil trace/space and 4mil laser drilling.
·   PCB Assembly 
3 SMT production lines, SMT Capacity is 1 Million Soldering Pads per day.

DIP Capacity is 100 Thousand Pins per day.
·   Components Sourcing
We often purchase parts from Digi-Key, Mouser, Arrow and Newark.
·   Wirebonding
We can fabricate board with ENEPIG surface finish (2~30 mico-inch Au) to achieve 50 x 50μm( 2*2 mil) die pads wirebonding.
